    Abstract

This paper analyzes optical transmission characteristic of moire fringes that appeared when two Ronchi gratings of the same frequencies are superimposed. A quasisine divided block can be obtained by selected the proper grating constant and be used in 3-D shape measurement. The experiment result shows that the method is simple and practical, and easy to realize automatid processing.
