    Abstract

    A precise temperature control system using DS18B20 for high power laser diode is introduced in this paper. In our system, we use the digital thermometer DS18B20 as the sensor, microprocessor as the kernel component, to control the thermal electrical cooler. The characteristics of this system are its little size, simple peripheral circuit and high accuracy of the temperature control. The error of the temperature control is ±0.1℃.
