    Abstract

    Due to the important application of left anterior descending corronary artery in pathology research of rat cute anoxemia of cardiac muscle,a cute anoxemia model of rat is established using ligation of the left anterior descending branch. Then the front wall fluorescence image and spectral imaging of left ventricle in different time are attained by two-photon excited fluorescence. It can be used to analyze intrinsic species of cardiac muscle and investigate metabolism of cardiac muscle cells. Furthermore,the causation is analyzed based on the pathology.
