Multi pulses and single pulse laser induced damage to optical glasses was studied. The damage mechanism by multi pulses laser was analysed and it was concluded that for multi pulses thermal and structural defect accumulation induced material damage. The suggest for improving material anti damage induced by multi pulses is given.
