An improved algorithm of beacon light phase reconstructed is developed with the data of slope and data of intensity of subaperture measured by Hartmann sensor. This measured data of phase gradient is analyzed based on the improved algorithm. The result showes that there is branch points in beacon light phase in strong scintillation for the measured phase gradient.
