Abstract

The relation of the solid-state Nd:GdVO₂ output power and pulse width with pump power variety, using different perrneation-ratio Q-switched crystal was studied. We obtained the optical-optical transform efficiency of 53%, and the smallest pulse width of 27.29 ns.
