A set of online drug type based on array CCD detector is designed. On this basis, the basic principle of medicine online detection system is introduced. In this paper, from the three aspects: perspective error, light error, the positioning error, the cause of the error in the image acquisition process is found through theoretical analysis and experimental research. And then, the corresponding solutions are proposed, thus the measurement precision of on-line detecting instrument is greatly improved.
