In order to make up for low precision of the current position tracking system and inconvenience of the data cable transmission, a kind of high precision and wireless angular position tracking control system is designed. Multirange and higher accuracy L3G4200DH triaxial gyro as angular position sensor is adopted, the data transmission by 2.4 G NRF24L01 wireless radio frequency transceiver chip is realized, ARM Cortex -M3 as micro controller is used, and servo motor is controlled by fuzzy PID full closed loop control algorithm. Moreover, add advanced correction and feed-forward links to improve response lag of angle input. Consequently, decrease the error of the system. At the same time, the wireless video module is used to monitor servo motor state in real time. The simulation and experimental results prove that the servo system has been improved greatly in accuracy and real time, and the dynamic following error can be up to 10-3. Furthermore, the system has good following characteristic, meanwhile, wireless data transmission mode will give remote control and special working environment to bring a great convenience..

How to detect a moving object fast and correctly in a complicated surrounding is one of the most important issues to be solved. Insects could catch a shift in their view field and make an action to prey or flee, which indicates they have peculiar capability to acclimatization. Fly visual system was modeled with an Elementary Motion Detector (EMD). We chosen first-order IIR digital filter as the time delay unit and made the Difference of Gaussians method to extract more details and eliminate random noise. We carried out simulation experiment based on software Matlab to detect a moving auto. From the result, this method can detect the moving object without the distraction by complicated environment..

A new tracking framework based on online learning was presented to solve the problem of lack of supervision in current tracking method. The proposed technique uses a tracker based on SURF, and a detector based on random forest. During the tracking, the online learning runs simultaneously from positive samples which were selected based on the similarity threshold. This mechanism abstain the decrease of detection precision from learning of negative samples. The detector can find the target and re-initialize the tracker after its failure. Then a strong tracking solution is obtained by the integration of a tracking algorithm, an online learning process and a detection algorithm. Experimental results of different video show that the proposed method can greatly improve the robustness of target tracking method under complex surrounding such as appearance change, partial and full occlusions..

Influences on relative pixel displacement in overlapping area of mechanical assembly CCD focal planes in remote sensing cameras are studied. Various factors, such as stability of the platform, wavy terrain, distance between two spliced CCDs, are taken into account. The relative pixel displacement of normal photography due to the wavy terrain is studied by using the geometric relationship of central projection. Starting from the collinear equation, the exact mathematical model of the relative pixel displacement is derived by using analytic method. According to the model founded and an example with engineering application, the corresponding stabilized platform is determined, and the numerical results are given. The study has engineering sense and practical value in actual project..

A panoramic optical annular staring imaging sensor for atmospheric limb detection was presented, which could be used to image the surrounding 360°scene at one time without rotating the optical system and satisfy the application requirement. For the particularity of the wavelength band in Ultraviolet (UV), the signals accepted by the instrument are very weak. Signal-to-noise Ratio (SNR) is one of the key parameters to quantitatively evaluate the image quality, so the modeling analysis and measurement of SNR are important for developing UV panoramic limb imaging sensor. First, analyze the SNR model of the panoramic limb imaging sensor. And then deduce the SNR mathematical expressions. Finally, the SNR of the panoramic limb imaging sensor is theoretically evaluated and the coherent experiment is built to prove the result. The experimental results match the theoretical value well, which indicates that SNR modeling analysis method is feasible for UV panoramic limb imaging sensor..

The CCD imaging sensor has the inherent characteristics of frame transfer. When bright stars appear in theCCD sensor, a bright line will be produced in its row or column. Smear phenomenon changes the nature of the coverage area of the image, so it must be removed. On the analysis of the mechanism of the Smear, a Smear removal algorithm is proposed, which can remove the bright lines and reserve dim targets. According to local histogram Gaussian fitting, the image background parameters are estimated, and the median filter and the multi-threshold are used to reserve the dim targets. In order to improve the visual quality, a sub-sampling method and a 4-neighbour domain filter are proposed. Experiment verifies the effectiveness of the method..

Since Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) algorithm is applied in the process of feature matching and problems of wide range of searching, large volumes of data and slowly running occur, a new matching method of SIFT based on overlapping area is proposed. Firstly, the method splits the matching image into two areas of bilateral. Secondly, credible matching block is selected by the voting mechanism, which reduces the original matching area. Then, SIFT is used to extract feature points of credible matching block and match elementarily. Finally, false matching pairs are removed to improve matching accuracy by Bidirectional Random Sample Consensus (BRANSAC). The experimental results show that improved SIFT algorithm of area blocking has more real-time and robustness than standard SIFT algorithm, and it has a certain value in the actual image matching..

To simplify the point cloud data while preserving features, a novel algorithm based on the curvature distance isput forward. The whole point cloud is divided into a series of initial sub-clusters with the 3D grid subdivision method, and then k neighborhood is constructed from the partition results. All the points in k neighborhood are approximated by quadratic parametric surface based on scattered point cloud parameterization. The curvatures of fitting surface are further calculated. The judgment of requiring reduction is decided by the novel minimal surface distance of curvature features. Some typical cases with various surface features, such as surf, stone, pottery figurine and tooth, are chosen to verify the new method. The results indicate that the new algorithm is of significance in theory and practice for reduction of point cloud, and enables to reduce data directly and efficiently while maintaining the geometry of the original model. The reliability and accuracy of the algorithm are also proved by experiment..

By experiment, the noise change with the detector scanning speed increase was studied, and the impact of noise on the detection result of the detector was analyzed. A filtering method for high-speed X-ray line array detector was proposed. Difference method filters out the background noise and Kalman filter filters out random noise. According to the noise characteristics, the improved median filter filters out noise isolation. Experimental results show that the method not only can effectively filter out all kinds of noise of the detector, but also keep the details of the detector detects image..

As the classification of magnetic tile surface defect has a low efficiency, a bias classification of magnetic tile surface defect based on the Least Squares Support Vector Machine (LSSVM) is proposed. A Gabor filter group is constructed, which has 5 scales and 8 directions, and extracts the mean and variance of the 40 pictures which are generated from the transformation by Gabor filters as the features of the magnet. CSA is used for the initial optimization, and produces the initial parameters. Then the meticulous search using grid algorithm is done for the neighborhood of the initial parameters. In order to realize classification flipped to defect magnet, the SMOTE algorithms are improved. After the noise samples in original samples are removed, over-sampling between the accepted samples and boundary samples of defect magnet is done. It is proved that the time to research parameters during training the LSSVM model is significantly reduced. The proposed method can achieve accuracy rate of defect magnet of about 99.09%. At the same time, the overall accuracy rate is about 95.56%. The aim of classification flipped for defect magnet has been realized..

Due to the visible nearly infrared optical lens used in wide band (0.4 ~ 1.1 u m), the lens processing, assembly and correction is more difficult than other suitable for narrow band of the lens. In order to guarantee the machine imaging quality, the accuracy of the system’s processing and assembling must be improved. According to a lens’ aberration weight, lens processing accuracy should use the eccentricity of each lens to influence the change of system Modulation Transfer Function (MTF). According to the analysis and correction of each lens, the mix and min of the influence are obtained, and centering correction for each lens is processed..
