Abstract

The recent experimental results of (F+2). color center laser are reported inNaCl crystal doped with sulfur and oxygen ions. The maximum power of 3 W and 4.8 W has been obtained with F+2:S-- and F+2:O-- centers respectively. The thermal andoptical stability of F+2:S-- and F+2:O-- centers compared experimentally.
