According to the stealth characteristics of stealth aircraft, a laser fence technology, as a new target detection method, using distributed laser active scanning and laser echo receiving to perform warning detection is proposed. The principles of laser fence technology and the composition of transmitting and receiving sub-system are introduced. According to flight parameters of typical stealth aircraft in foreign countries, 17.3 km interval is used to design laser transmitting and receiving devices to design the parameters of the transmitting sub-system in the laser, such as laser optical beam scanning angle, repetition rate, pulse width, 3.2 mJ single pulse energy and average power. The calculation results show that the method can meet the detection demand of a stealth aircraft with 15 km flight altitude and 1.5 Ma flight speed..

The development and mode-switching of three kinds of modes such as ordinary mode, speed mode and TDI mode are studied. Based on the principle and characteristics of CMOS array sensor, the design of chip and the external circuit are suitable for the realization of CMOS array acquisition of three modes selection. Atmega16 with low-power and high performance is used as the core device to control the entire circuit. System hardware circuit consists of solar battery charging circuits, voltage acquisition and display circuits, single-chip microcomputer control and RS-485 serial communication circuits, which mainly realize the acquisition and display of battery voltage. XRD and SEM are used to characterize the phase structure and surface morphology of the thin films. After heat treatment, film grain began to grow, and at the 2θ=27.9°、37.1°、42.3°, the(011), (200), (210) diffraction peak values of VO2 are presented respectively. Based on the principle that the Michelson interferometer can be used to measure the slight variation in length, a device for accurate measurement of thermal expansion coefficient of solid material line by using the method of equal optical path is revised and designed. The basic idea is that two pieces of mirror on original Michelson interferometer are converted into moving mirror, are put on the new added rail, and are connected with one end of the tested metal rod. When the metal rod is heated, it will lengthen slightly, which drives the moving mirror to produce a slight movement.
