Two methods such as temperature stress acceleration and current stepping stress are used to perform the aging experiment of 808 nm high power semiconductor laser, and the life of the devices are 1 682 h and 1 498 h respectively, the same experiment result is obtained. A fiber continuous laser is used as a light power to irradiate silicon material surface to record the temperature rising and distribution of silicon material under different laser power density and irradiation time. And experimental data is obtained. According to experimental conditions and parameters, simulation and calculation are performed to get the temperature distribution model of silicon material under laser irradiation. The simulation data of the model accords with the experimental results. A type of insulator-metal-insulator surface plasma polariton interface is proposed. According to Maxwell equations and boundary conditions, the dispersion characteristics of metal surface are analyzed. Finite-difference-time-domain (FDTD) method is used to simulate the field enhancement effect of Bow-tie and rectangular nano-structure under a single light source radiation and the field enhancement effects of double Bow-tie nano-structure under single and double light sources radiation respectively. Comparing and analyzing the simulation results show that the point effect plays an important role in the field enhancement effect of plasma polariton, and the field enhancement effect is associated with the distance between the nano-structures. According to the requirements of high light efficiency and low power consumption of light-emitting diode (LED), based on analyzing LED optical performances, chip on board (COB) technology is adopted. The luminous flux, luminous efficiency and color temperature of LED are analyzed under different electric current and lighting time. The elements influencing LED optical performances are researched, analyzed and tested. Results show that using two kinds of samples with color temperature closed to 3000 K, electric current increases from 500 mA to 900 mA, color temperature increases 1.685% and 2.626%, luminous flux also increases 68.532% and 84.625% with the increasing of the electric current, but optical efficiency decreases 13.535% and 9.971%. Under the same electric current condition, lighting times are 0~1 min, 0~5 min and 0~10 min, color temperature increases 0.537%, 1.209%, 2.384%, 0.369%, 1.104% and 2.943% respectively. Luminous flux decreases 1.474%, 4.855%, 7.493%, 2.073%, 3.859% and 7.793% respectively. Optical efficiency also decreases 2.527%, 4.617%, 6.671%, 2.171%, 4.903% and 7.579%. The experiments show that LED optical performances are directly influenced by electric current and lighting time..

In bilateral total variation regularization method(BTV), considering geometric distance and gray level similarity of the center pixel and the surrounding pixels, the method to get better reconstruction quality than Tikhonov regularization method and total variation regularization method (TV) is obtained. However, in BTV method, the regularization parameter λ is a fixed value, so the method cannot maintain the image edge texture information and suppress image noise at the same time. In order to solve this problem, an adaptive regularization reconstruction algorithm for image local texture feature is proposed, and based on gray level co-occurrence matrix(GLCM), the image local texture feature is extracted, the function relationship of regularization parameters and image local texture feature is established, so regularization parameter λ is adjusted adaptively according to image local texture feature. The experimental results show that compared with BTV, this algorithm can better reconstruct the image edge texture details and suppress the noise effectively..
