This paper describes a mixed dielectric waveguide laser glued by polished quarts plates and polished copper plates, with cross section of 1mm×1mm. Preliminary results on CO2 laser output from multiple transverse synchronous discharge in waveguide filled with He, N2 and CO2 gas mixtures are reported.
