Abstract

Three sohemas of a hybrid TEA CO2 laser are disoribed. Five experimental results are given, which are the effect of the cavity length, the effect of the CW CO2 laser power, the output energy and laser pulse osoillogram, selected branch and pulsed discharge low pressure CO2 laser tube. All of the results are discussed.
