    Abstract

    A better scheme of probabilistic teleportation of a triplet W state is proposed, where the three three-qubit W states are taken as quantum channels. Compared with Yan’s scheme, instead of using Bell-state measurement, a new orthogonal basis measurement is proposed in the scheme. The receiver performs appropriate unitary transformation according to the sender’s measurements, the success of probabilistic teleportation can be improved to 20/27.
