    Abstract

A BBO nonlinear crystal was used in the experiment. A pair of light quanta called signal and idler light quanta is produced through the nonlinear process of type Ⅰ spontaneous parametric down-conversion with Ti:sapphire femtosecond pulses. The fourth-order interference phenomena was observed and the correlation behavior of the two-photon entangled state was demonstrated.
