    Abstract

    In order to validate and evaluate the algorithm of infrared information processing under the condition of multiple moving platforms, study and implementation on simulation of infrared scene for multiple moving platforms were carried out. First, the existed technologies for simulation of infrared scene were reviewed, and it was figured out that the existed technologies were mainly focused on single platform. Then the targets model and the feature of algorithms for infrared information under the condition of multiple moving platforms were analyzed. The targets’ radiation model, group targets’ moving model and a new observation model based on virtual observation platform were proposed. The basic process of infrared scene simulation for multiple moving platforms was proposed based on these models. Finally, the simulation result was given for verifying the proposed process. And the result shows that the proposed simulation method could satisfy the requirements to validate and evaluate the algorithm of infrared information processing under the condition of multiple moving platforms.
