The elimination of chirp by combining F-P spectral window and normal dispersion fiber was theoretically and experimentally studied. The ultrashort optical pulse with chirp parameter smaller than the critical value, the repetitive rate of 5 GHz and pulse width of 16.2 ps was experimentally generated. The soliton transmission was achieved after the chirp of the optical pulse was eliminated, and the high-order soliton with pulse width of 13 ps was observed.
