    Abstract

    The optical absorption properties of one-dimensional graphene-based photonic crystal(GBPC) are investigated based on transfer matrix method. Influences of absorption characteristics of GBPC on the chemical potential of graphene, relative dielectric constant of dielectric layers, thickness of dielectric layers and incident angle are obtained. Results show that the absorption frequency band of GBPC can be dynamically tuned by changing the chemical potential of grapheme. The wideband absorption properties of GBPC are insensitive to the relative dielectric constant, thickness of the dielectric layers and incident angle within a certain range. Results provide the theoretical basis for the design of GBPC wideband absorbers.
