    基底类型基本原理常用制备方法优点缺点
    溶胶类
    基底    		球状、 立方体、 棒状、 花状、 星状、 爆米花状、 链状、 核壳结构使用柠檬酸钠、 盐酸羟氨等还原金属化合物, 获得纳米级别的溶胶粒子, 通过控制纳米颗粒的材料、 粒径和形态, 获得所需基底; 可通过将溶胶与被测溶液混合或将溶胶滴在被测物表面的方法进行检测。种子生长法; 化学氧化/还原法成本低、 易合成、 SERS性能优异检测环境对基底影响较大, 胶体粒子易聚集, 易受咖啡环效应的影响, 稳定性和重现性较差。
    固体
    基底    		硅片衬底、 玻璃衬底、 石英片基底在刚性材料衬底上不可逆地沉积具有SERS活性的纳米结构; 通过将待测溶液滴在基底上进行检测。自组装技术; 纳米压印光刻; 电子束光刻; 纳米球光刻; 电化学沉积结构稳定, 具有较好的一致性、 重复性成本较高、 制备较复杂, 不易柔性形变, 难以在非规则表面上直接测试。
    柔性
    基底    		柔性器件衬底、 柔性聚合物衬底、 柔性碳材料衬底以柔性材料为衬底支撑纳米颗粒; 可以通过擦拭、 粘贴或包裹被检对象表面的方法直接捕获农药或原位检测。斜角沉积法; 自组装技术; 喷墨打印技术; 丝网印刷技术; 物理喷镀法柔韧性强, 机械耐性强, 适应于复杂样品平面的检测, 有利于实现微创或无损检测; 有利于批量生产制备复杂, 对衬底材料要求高, 样品采集效率较低。
