    Abstract

    Aiming at the disadvantages that the typical Chua’s chaotic circuit has a small variation range of parameters and does not applicable to high frequency circuits, a method is used to design the fourth-order Chua’s chaotic circuit by using current conveyors. A fourth-order Chua’s circuit is realized by deforming the typical Chua’s circuit, and the nonlinear resistor and simulated inductor in fourth-order Chua’s circuit are realized with current conveyors. The adjusting range of parameters is extended, and the work frequency and stability of the circuit are improved. A secure communication circuit is designed to encrypt the information signal. The circuit is simulated with PSPICE software, which proves the feasibility of proposed method.
