In the future war, the weapon's platforms of antagonist will be developed with higher maneuverability and stealthy ability. Because many weapon systems, such as aircraft carrier battle group, ballistic missile, cruise missile, long-range fighter-bomber, etc., are various kinds of moving targets. The detection and recognition of the moving target on the space-borne satellite system are urgent issues.
