    Abstract

Recently, with the development of thermal imaging technologies, the research and application of low-cost, high performance uncooled focal-plane-array infrared detectors have been attracted much attention in the field of thermal imaging. Based on the model of an 8-12μm uncooled focal-plane-array infrared detector IDML073-XX-V3 made by SOFRADIR,a French company, an infrared real-time imaging is performed,in which several key technologies have been used, such as DSP, FPGA,digital control and servo for detectors. The specification, control signals, imaging technology and implementing technique of the uncooled focal-plane-array infrared detectors are discussed, and the function and design means of DSP-FPGA digital signal processing circuit and the principle of digital temperature control detector are expounded. This module has compacted structure, image definition and performance stable, and can meet the requirement of industrial level.
