Abstract

Three types of Nd-doped phosphate glasses were laser preirradiation processed by CW CO2, Nd:YAG and Cu vapor lasers, respectively. Effect of laser length wave and irradiation condition on phosphate glasses at 1. 06 μm laser damage thresholds are investigated.
