    Abstract

    The coating thickness of lithium-ion battery electrode has the important effect on its electrochemical properties, so the coating thickness should be controlled in industrial production. According to the demand of dynamic, non-contact and high accuracy for lithium-ion battery electrode coating thickness in industrial, a measurement method based on TwoCCD laser displacement sensor and the ARM+FPGA processor control structure is designed. The μC/OS-II is used to the operation system and two cell immune feedback controllers are presented. The system includes the motor drive units and the signal processing of sensor and so on. Through experimental test, the measurement accuracy of system can reach +/-0.01 mm, which can satisfy the demands in practice.
