    Abstract

Due to the visible nearly infrared optical lens used in wide band (0.4 ~ 1.1 u m), the lens processing, assembly and correction is more difficult than other suitable for narrow band of the lens. In order to guarantee the machine imaging quality, the accuracy of the system’s processing and assembling must be improved. According to a lens’ aberration weight, lens processing accuracy should use the eccentricity of each lens to influence the change of system Modulation Transfer Function (MTF). According to the analysis and correction of each lens, the mix and min of the influence are obtained, and centering correction for each lens is processed.
