    Abstract

    Interference filters are used in many fields,such as radiometric and photometric measurements and so on.For high-accuracy measurement of spectral transmittance of interference filter,an automated,single-beam spectrophotometer based on DK242 double monochromator is developed,whose input optics and output optics are designed independently.In order to improve the accuracv of measurement,the averaging detector unit with a silicon detector is introduced into the measurement system.The source of the uncertainties includes wavelength calibration,detector nonlinearity,systcminstability,beam displacement and so on.A total uncertainty of 8.78x10-3is estinlated for transmittance measurements of interference filters,which meets the requirement of the design.作者简介:郑小兵(1969-),男,安徽合肥人,研究员,博士生作者,研究方向为光学精确测量的先进方法与仪器、卫星光学传感器的高精度定标、光学遥感和海洋光学等方面的研究.Email:xbzheng@aiofm.ac.cn
