    Abstract

43 patients were received fluorescent diagnosis induced by small dose of hematoporphyrin (2 mg/kg). 35 of them were cancered. The rest were non-cancered. By recording and analyzing the spectrum of fluorescence with optical multichannel analyser (OMA), managing the data, it was found that the fluorescence intensitics were 1.18±0.13 for cancered patients, 1.00±0.06 for non-cancered patients. Using the floor level of the formar 1.05 as tumor diagnosis criterion, the positive rate was 91.4%.
