    Abstract

Nonlinear optical properties of indium tin oxide (ITO) films have been investigated by using second harmonic generation (SHG) technique. Significant SHG signals and nonlinear optical in-plane anisotropy were observed due to orientation of the crystal cells in ITO films. The signals increased quickly with increasing the film thickness above certain threshold.
