    Abstract

    The autocorrelation function of two-photon photoconductivity signals is studied and the relation of contrast ratio and laser intensity is presented. A second order laser intensity autocorrelator of semiconductor GaAs is fabrioared to measure the two-photon autocorrelation function of Nd: YAG laser pulses train.
