From the medical application of laser,there is problem that the wavelength of CO₂ laser is not in the vicinity of 10.6μm. By theoretic investigation and experimental study,it is demonstrated that there are diversified wavelengths of CO₂ laser from 9 μm to 11 μm. Advices are given for controling the laser wavelength of CO₂ laser treating instruments.
