    Abstract

    The theory on how to obtain the information of the OPO cavity with phase-modulation side-band system is expressed. The effects of the losses for both intracavity and mirrors,as well as modulation frequency on the system for locking cavity is discussed,which provides references for the further improvement in precision and stability of frequency locking technology.
