    Abstract

    In order to solve the TLE conversion problem in space-based optical surveillance,the UT and mixed-state space are introduced,and the SGP4 propagator is embedded in the tracking filtering.This new TLE conversion method is called mixed-state SPKF.Simulation results indicate that the new method can utilize the bearing-only measurements to realize the TLE conversion of the space object,especially of the non-cooperative objects.
