On the basis of analyzing the three-axis image-stabilizing reflecting prism assembly,this paper presents a method for image-stabilizing with the prism assembly and scanning with the other optcal elements.and its respective formula is deduced. Combined with computer,the prism assemly can be named as programming optical platform.
