    荧光参数计算方法指示参数
    FIEx=370 nm时, Em在470 nm处和520 nm处的荧光强度的比值FI<1.4时, DOM以陆源输入为主; FI>1.9时, DOM以内源输入为主[12]
    BIXEx=310 nm时, Em在380与430 nm处荧光强度的比值BIX在0.6~0.8范围表示水体DOM生产力较低, 主要为陆源输入, BIX>1时表示DOM主要为藻类或细菌等自生来源(内源)且有机质为新近产生[11]
    HIXEx=254 nm时, Em在435~480和300~345 nm区间荧光峰值面积之比HIX<3表示腐殖质化程度弱且有新近自身源, 数值越高表明腐殖化程度越高[13]
    β:αEx=310 nm时, Em在380与420~435 nm区间最大荧光强度的比值β代表新近生成的DOM, α代表降解程度较高的DOM, β:α可反应新生DOM在整体DOM中的占比[11]
