An all-fiber super-broadband noise-like pulse mode-locked fiber laser is reported. To broaden the spectra of mode-locked pulses, the intra cavity dispersion management and nonlinear technology are adopted. There is small anomalous dispersion in the 58 m cavity, and the average dispersion coefficient is 0.12 ps/nm/km. The experiments achieve a super-broadband noise-like mode-locked pulse from 1300 nm to 1750 nm. Spectral 20 dB bandwidth reaches 362 nm, and 3 dB bandwidth reaches 102 nm. The spectrum bandwidth of the noise-like pulse greatly exceeds gain bandwidth of the erbium doped fiber.
