According to geographical positions in China, star background contrast during daytime at near Infrared band in three detection FOV changing with sun zenith, platform azimuth, pitching angle in x and y direction as well as platform height is analyzed. The results show that with the variation of sun zenith, contrast similar exponent increases. With the variation of platform azimuth, the contrast approaches to normal distribution. When the platform has a certain pitching angle, the contrast changes little and change range is small, but three FOV has a big difference such as from 1.5 to 20 times. The contrast will exponentially increase greatly with the platform height changing to provide a better basis for star magnitude amendment..

Small Infrared Target Detection Based on Multi-direction Gradient and Morphology Algorithm

Based on analyzing the direction gradient of the target, with morphology algorithm, a new detection algorithm of small Infrared targets is introduInfluenced by many factors, the obtained Infrared images usually have a low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and contrast, which brings a certain difficulty to target extraction. Based on analyzing the direction gradient of the target, with morphology algorithm, a new detection algorithm of small Infrared targets is introduced. Firstly, four reference points at the direction of four neighbor domain of the tested point are chosen. The potential targets are determined according to multi-level gradient feature between the tested point and the reference point at the direction. And then, the adjustable feature of structure element is used to choose appropriate structure element. Finally, through morphology processing, noise points are eliminated and the target is determined. The algorithm has simple calculation and in no need of predicting background. Optical Characterization of Light-Emitting Diodes Fabricated with Vertical and Flip-Chip Structure

When driving current is or more than 350 mA operation current, the optical characterization and variation trend of vertical and flip-chip structure light-emitting chip (LED) of 1.16 mm GaN-based blue light chip are researched. With the increasing of the driving current value, comparing with that of vertical structure LWhen driving current is or more than 350 mA operation current, the optical characterization and variation trend of vertical and flip-chip structure light-emitting chip (LED) of 1.16 mm GaN-based blue light chip are researched. With the increasing of the driving current value, comparing with that of vertical structure LED, the luminous flux saturation current value of flip-chip structure LED is increased 350 mA. At the condition of 1 200 mA current value, the luminous flux value is more than 25.9%, the abnormal current value of color temperature is increased 400 mA and luminous efficiency is increased 81 m/W in average. Experimental results show that flip-chip structure LED has better anti-impulse stability from high power current and optical output characterization. And the operation life of LED in application is improved effectively..

Size Optimization of Heat Dissipation Pipe Based on ANSYS

The outlet temperature of the heating-radiator under the condition of special heat dissipation pipe size is obtained through finite element analysis on the pipe model using ANSYS thermal fluid coupled module. The new outlet temperature is obtained through adjusting the pipe size. The data group of the outlet temperature is obtained through adjusting the pipe size many times. Simulation Design and Test of Large-size LED Backlight Heat-dissipation Structure

LED operation life is directly reduced by very high operation temperature and the luminous intensity as well as efficiency are affected, leading to the optical characteristics of large-size LED backlight reduced greatly. From side LED backlight module, IcePak software is designed and used to simulate the influence on bLED operation life is directly reduced by very high operation temperature and the luminous intensity as well as efficiency are affected, leading to the optical characteristics of large-size LED backlight reduced greatly. From side LED backlight module, IcePak software is designed and used to simulate the influence on backlight module temperature from the width and thickness of heat-dissipation Aluminum substrate. And the heat-dissipation structure suitable to large-size LED backlight module is given. The results show that with the increasing of the length and thickness of Aluminum substrate, the temperature of LED Bar will reduce. When the Aluminum substrate with 200 mm length and 2 mm thickness is chosen, the temperature of LED Bar is 69.4 ℃, which is less than 70 ℃ and the design requirements are met and the lowest cost is got. LED Bar temperature of the prototype is measured and the highest temperature is 69.7 ℃, which is much closed to simulation results. The structure has simple manufacture technology and low cost and accords with the requirements of light weight and thinner backlight module, which has a certain market value..
