In order to analyze the detection ranges of infrared guidance systems for freeway traffic under different visibility conditions, various influence factors from atmospheric attenuation on infrared radiation in heavy fog are analyzed according to theory models and calculation methods of infrared atmospheric transmission.
In order to analyze the detection ranges of infrared guidance systems for freeway traffic under different visibility conditions, various influence factors from atmospheric attenuation on infrared radiation in heavy fog are analyzed according to theory models and calculation methods of infrared atmospheric transmission. Based on it, a research method of detection ability of infrared guidance system in fog is proposed. The infrared radiation parameters of objects can be measured through simulating the meteorological conditions in natural fog in a laboratory. And the detection ability of the system in natural fog is evaluated through theoretical analyzing and practical validating. A research on laser coherent detection is developed to detect underwater acoustic signals in different frequencies and vibration intensities under laboratory conditions. And an experiment system is established based on the research. A beam of laser is irradiated water surface when the water surface is fluctuated by underwater acoustic signals. The generated scattering light with acoustic wave information will interfere with reference light. Interference signals are collected and processed to obtain the frequency and intensity information of underwater acoustic signals. Experimental results obtained under different conditions are compared and analyzed. The results show that underwater acoustic signal can be detected effectively with laser interference detection technology. Incorporating with molecular dynamics method of two-temperature model, the effect of B2 structure Ni-Ti shape memory alloy film ablated by femto-second laser with 100 fs ultra-short pulse width is simulated in number and the phase transition of the target with lower energy density is researched. The results show that thermal energy relaxation is caused by the propagation of pressure wave when ultra-high speed laser interacts with B2 structure Ni-Ti shape memory alloy. The laser with 100 fs pulse width and 20~35 mJ/cm2 power density interacting with the target, the phase change of the target is induced by the pressure wave from ablating process during propagation. The transmission function formula, the best coupling conditions of channels and drop channels are deduced. At the condition of neglecting loss, the influence of coupling coefficients and micro-ring radius on filtering characteristics is calculated and analyzed. And parameters are optimized. The calculation results show that when the radius are 40 μm and 50 μm, the coupling coefficient of micro-ring and line waveguide is 0.2, the free spectral range of the filter is 22 nm and 3dB bandwidth is just 0.27 nm, therefore, only a special wavelength is filtered in dense wave division multiplex (DWDM) system with 50 GHZ internal..

In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to choose the parameters of the regulator for lag compensation of velocity and acceleration during the design of turret servo system, a method to confirm the parameters of the regulator is proposed. According to lag compensation principle, the model and its parameter range of the regulator are confirmed at first. And then, several groups of lag compensation parameters keeping the stability of the system are obtained through the method of exhaustion. Then M-file is written by MATLAB with the feature of simulink simulation parameters being modified on-line. The best group of parameter is determined through calculating one by one the tracking accuracy corresponding to each group of parameter. The tracking accuracy of the turret choosing the best group of parameter is proved finally. Experimental results show that the tracking accuracy of the turret using the lag compensation regulator with new design method is 14.39” and the accuracy requirement of the system is met completely..

In order to solve the issues of complex grating testing and expensive test equipment, based on ARM micro-controller STM32F103, USB 2.0 and linear array CCD TCD 1209D, a grating image speed acquisition system with acquisition and display function is designed. CCD operation time sequence is simulated by GPIO of ARM chip, and the driving time sequence is realized through software programming and auxiliary circuits. And then, CCD signal acquisition and USB transmission are realized with AD in STM32F103 and USB 2.0 controller and image display software is written in PC. The results show that the grating image signals with light and dark stripes outputted by CCD is transmitted via USB and the images of the signals can be displayed correctly by image acquisition software in PC..

According to the laser power supply requirements of semiconductor pumping fiber lasers with high power and low noise, as well as the analysis of laser diode (LD) operation function and output characteristics, a LD driving control circuit with high speed micro-computer unit ADuc842 as the main control chip is designed. Automatic current control (ACC) and automatic temperature control (ATC) are used in the design to realize constant current source driving and constant temperature control of LD. Protection circuits such as double current-limiting circuit, surge absorbing circuit and low speed starting circuit are adopted in the design so as to improve the anti-interference ability and operation stability. Experimental results show that output current stability error is better than 0.5% and temperature stability error is ±0.1 ℃..

A high power semiconductor laser as the temperature-generating device is introduced. The laser pulse is sent out from the laser to generate a quasi-step temperature change signal on the calibrated thermocouple surface. The signal is detected simultaneously by a fast response infrared detector and a slow response calibrated thermocouple. The former value is used as the true value to calibrate the new dynamic calibration system of the latter. For test the fast response thermocouple, the response time of the temperature-generating device is needed to be calibrated. Thus a fast response photodiode is chosen as a photoelectric detector. A test method of the rise time of the laser is obtained through building a test circuit. And a high power semiconductor laser with 980 nm is tested and the results are given. Experiments show that the rise time of the high power semiconductor laser is at nanosecond level and the dynamic calibration of the thermocouple with time constant at microsecond level can be realized..
