    Abstract

    According to multiplication gain plot and multiplying clock power of CCD97, a new driver circuit was designed to generate square multiplying clock with adjustable amplitude for multiplying imaging of CCD97. The driver contained an isolated push-pull circuit and an adjusted power. The former generated square clock and the latter adjusted amplitude of the clock. With the increase of amplitude, the adjusting resolution increased, which partly compensated the nonlinearity of multiplication gain plot. Both multiplying clock waveform and multiplying image driven by the driver were given at the end of this article. The result shows that the driver circuit can provide right clock to CCD97 for multiplying imaging and gain adjusting.
