    Abstract

    The analysis method of structural random vibration response by the base excitation is described.The finite element model of tip/tilt mirror is established and its vibration analysis is performed by the finite element software ANSYS.So that the performance of tip/tilt mirror against the dynamic environment is studied.The results have been analyzed.By analyzing the weakness of the present structure,an anti-vibration suggestion is put forward,which is useful to improve the structure,and reform for the further development of tip/tilt mirror.
