The optical fiber coupling research work is described detailed in this paper, also the corresponding technique inside and outside China. The technique described in this paper is based not only on the technique in China, but also on the corresponding technology of international companies, such as ORLIL of Israel, PHOTONICS in France, DEP and ADMEC in Netherlands, and ELECTRON in Russia. The most advanced and valuable technique is presented.
