    Abstract

    Considering the demand of binocular vision measuring and the features of sea-sky images,we proposed a binocular image rectification method based on sea-sky-line.Sobel operator was used for image edge detecting followed by binarization processing,and Hough algorithm was introduced here to extract and locate the sea-sky-line.Image rotation and translation was implemented according to the feed back data from parameter space.The experiment results show that the proposed method can effectively rectify the given target images,and manipulation performance is good,which can help to facilitate the further application of computer vision technique.
