    规制对象火力发电锅炉及燃气轮机组（分燃煤锅炉、以油为燃料的锅炉或燃气轮机组、以气体为燃料的锅炉或燃气轮机组、燃煤锅炉）电厂（区分不同发电厂和新建电厂）发电机组（分蒸气轮机及低速柴油机发电机组、复式循环燃气涡轮机发电机组）
    空气污染物烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物（以NO2计）、汞及其化合物（燃煤锅炉）、烟气黑度二氧化硫、氮氧化物（以NO2计）、可吸入悬浮粒子二氧化硫、氮氧化物（以NO2计）、颗粒物
    污染物限值（以SO2为例）不同燃料、热能转化、新旧设施（35~200）mg/m3不等1590+(7-A)×0.150（注1：适用于南丫发电厂及南丫发电厂扩建部分;注2：A代表在排放年度源自可再生能源系统并经电网输往南丫发电厂及南丫发电厂扩建部分的累计净输出电量总和（以百万度电计）;注3：可以通过使用排放交易来符合排放总量上限的要求）不同燃料和热能转化设施（35~290）mg/m3不等
