    Abstract

    An optical setup was proposed and realized to integrate the two methods combining objective with subjective in a system to survey human eye wave-front aberration,which can measure the human eyes′ wavefront aberration with 4.8-mm artificial pupil when the natural pupil is dilated as objective measurement and the subject is watching optotypes as subjective measurement. The result datum from both objective measurement and subjective measurement is fused on feature level by information fusion method with the weighting factors,which is helpful to emphasize the advantages of both subjective and objective measurement. Considering the influence of neural system on human eyes,the fusion result can reasonably reflect subject's visual quality and give more detailed advices for ideal corneal customized ablation of human eyes.
