    Abstract

    Aiming at the requirements of electromagnetic ultrasonic temperature test, we designed a new type of high-speed high voltage pulse power by using the power MOSFET as switching device, which is based on the theory of synchronous driving MOSFET.The power system uses the FPGA for producing the pulse trigger signal and the dedicated driver module of power MOSFET for driving.It can achieve the precise control that the pulse voltage is of 0~1.5 kV, the pulse frequency of 10 Hz~1.5 kHz, the pulse width of 3~30 μs and the pulses number of 1~100.Experimental data showed that the design of power system is reasonable with the time of rising edge reaching nano scale, which can meet the requirement of electromagnetic ultrasonic applications.
