Abstract

The selection of parameters for miniature TEA CO2 lasers is analysed and a miniature whole metallic-sealed-off ceramic TEA CO2 laser is developed. Its TEM00 output is >20mj, pulse width<50 ns, the operation lifetime>106 shots and the shelf life is more than 10 years.
