    Abstract

Since the minimum drop-interval is not applicable to air-launched mines, the concept of “tactical minimum drop-interval” is proposed.According to the trajectory characteristics of airdropped mine, the factors that have effect on dispersion error are analyzed, the dispersion error correlativity when multiple mines are dropped continually is discussed, and the mathematical models are established. Then,a method for determining the tactical minimum interval of airdropped mines is presented. Finally, simulation is made based on the mathematical models. The selection of the tactical minimum interval with consideration of dispersion error, and its effect on the operational effectiveness, are analyzed according to the simulation results.
