The Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3+x%LiF/Li2CO3(PZT+x%LiF) and Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3+y%Li2CO3(PZT+y%Li2CO3) (x and y are the mass fractions) piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by solid state process in this paper. The effects of different x and y on the sintering behavior, crystal structure, microstructure and piezoelectric properties of PZT ceramics have been investigated. With the increase of x and y, the tetragonal phase cell ratio (c/a) of PZT piezoelectric ceramics decreases, but when x is equal to y, the c/a of PZT+x%LiF is smaller than that of PZT+y%Li2CO3, while the Curie temperature is basically unchanged, and the piezoelectric properties of PZT+x%LiF and PZT+y%Li2CO3 decrease after a small increase. The piezoelectric properties of LIF/Li2CO3 and PZT+y%Li2CO3 are the best when x=y=0.2. The results show that the addition of LiF/Li2CO3 can promote the low temperature sintering and increase density; at a sintering temperature of 1 100 ℃, the properties of Li2CO3 samples are better than that of LiF, and the low-temperature sintering effect is better, but at a more amount of doping amount, LiF has less effect on the property deterioration.
