    Abstract

    In order to improve the uneven heating of the airborne LCD at low temperature, a method of uniform heating was proposed. Firstly, the heater model and thermal simulation were established with COMSOL software and the heating power consumption and temperature distribution map were obtained. Then, the low temperature heating experiment was carried out, and the measured temperature value could help correct the boundary conditions of the simulation, the simulation heater was optimized according to needs,while a heater was designed with edge temperature higher than the center area and making samples according to the equivalent duty cycle method of simulation. Finally, the heater sample was assembled into the whole machine and was placed in the experiment box for low temperature heating experiment.The results show that the temperature distribution is uniform,and the maximum temperature difference tested is about 5 ℃,which could meet the design requirements and have certain reference significance for low-temperature heating of airborne special display.
