    经济型楼房楼房为两层或两层以上,钢混结构,独栋或联排布局。采光、通风、居住私密性良好,功能比较完善。抗击自然灾害的能力强。农房经济实惠,注重实用,不重视房屋外观装饰和人居环境营造

    (2010年以后)
    高质量楼房为两层或两层以上,钢混结构,独门独院,私密性好,有庭院和车库。一般独栋或联排布局,有统一的平面设计,抗震、抗风等抗击自然灾害的能力强,注重房屋外观装饰和人居环境营造
