    Abstract

    The output energy distribution of modes in straight and bend hollow waveguide with GeO_2 dielectric layer and its deviation are discussed in this paper by experimental way. The reason why the output energy distribution of modes in dielectric hollow waveguide is better than normal hollow waveguide is discussed too.
